This coming week many PrawfsBlawg readers and writers will be convening at the Breakers hotel for the annual SEALS (Southeastern Association of Law Schools) conference. Those of you in the neighborhood, please stop by for drinks at the “The Seafood Bar” at 9pm on Monday evening. I think Steve and I will be there representing the Florida contingent of Prawfs.
In case you’re planning on doing more than drinking, shucking oysters, and playing tennis, Steve presents on a panel entitled The Changing Paradigm of Article II, Tuesday at 130pm.
On Monday morning at 8am, I’ll be presenting the powerpoint version of my large and getting larger project, entitled: Luck or Law? The Constitutional Case Against Indeterminate Sentencing. This piece is still quite seriously “in progress” so I appreciate any potential commentators showing up or offering to read the rough and incomplete manuscript.
