Not that my frequency of posting lately has been anything to write [a blog post] about (although, to be fair, six talks in six weeks and an amicus brief have sort of gotten in the way), but I wanted to let folks know that I’ll be visiting for the next few weeks over at Concurring Opinions. My first post — on what role current events should play in law school exams — is available here.
I hope to cross-post here at least some of my writings “over there,” and will try to make sure that, like Harry Chiti, I ultimately get traded for myself (i.e., traded for a player to be named later, who turns out to be me).
