There’s a Pennoyer in My Foyer

Students studying for their Civ Pro exams and, perhaps more so, professors drafting their Civ Pro exams may want to take a break and surf on over to this article by Dan’s colleague Elizabeth Chamblee Burch, just published in the Green Bag. The title I have given above. The subtitle: Civil Procedure According to Dr. Seuss. How can you resist?

Comments

NB: there were a couple comments I deleted because they were snarky and anonymous. The general rule here is that if you want to dismiss someone else’s scholarship as a waste of time, you have to have the courage to sign your name and make an argument. Maybe that’s thin skin, but it’s a modicum of decency I (and most of the co-bloggers) think that redounds to the benefit of the legal academy.

Love it! Reminds me of a title for one of my presentations: “Seuss and Desist.”
