Many thanks to the Prawfsblawg community for permitting me another stint here to think out loud, and a special thanks to the folks who took the time to comment on my posts. Now I’m off to dig into my growing list of work items to complete before the Fall semester begins. Hopefully I’ll maintain better control over my workload than this lawyer, although I could live with the trip to Miami if I don’t.
