I wanted to let you know that we have started a new Loyola faculty blog: Summary Judgments. We’ve got some really interesting content up. Amongst other things, we have an “11 on 11” series where faculty (including posts by Rick Hasen and Laurie Levenson so far) are discussing what they think will be the most significant legal development in their respective fields in 2011. And Monday morning my colleague Doug NeJaime will live Tweet the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals oral arguments in Perry v. Schwarzenegger beginning at 10 a.m. PT. and then provide follow-up analysis on Summary Judgments afterward.
