I am pleased to announce the launch today of the Courts Law section on JOTWELL. I am Section Editor, along with Adam Steinman (Seton Hall and the Civil Procedure and Federal Courts Blog) and we have put together a great group of contributing editors (we hope to further expand this group sometime next year). I wrote the first essay for the section, reviewing Michael Pardo’s excellent piece, Pleadings, Proof, and Judgment: A Unified Theory of Civil Litigation.
