I’m happy to begin my second stint as a guest blogger here at Prawfs. When I’m not composing procrastination tidbits to liven up your summer writing routine, I teach civil procedure, international business transactions, and comparative contract law at Brooklyn Law School and I’m an editor of the Civil Procedure and Federal Courts Prof’s Blog.
This July I’ll share some ideas on the recent big developments in civil procedure, as well as other assorted thoughts on all things law and law teaching.
I’m looking forward to the thoughts and comments of the prawfs community.
