Hi everyone. It has been a long time since I last rapped at ya, but the good folks at Prawfsblawg have been kind enough to let me blog here again this month. Like my previous stints, I will focus mainly on the class action and similar procedural issues. I will, however, discuss some other projects that deal with procedure outside the narrow context of civil litigation, such as the constitutionality of the individual mandate and the filibuster in the Senate. More to come soon, but, in the meantime, please enjoy these two videos (one, two).
