Lincoln’s advice to young lawyers

Via Slate, here are the prepared notes of a talk Abraham Lincoln gave to a group of law students sometime in the 1850s (if you follow the link to the Library of Congress, you can see a transcription of his remarks). Nothing earth-shattering, but neat to see in his own hand.
