nice. but also, ahhemm, apropos the preceding post – Is a broadcast to everyone private under the Copyright Act? – this clip reminded me very much of the OJ simpson trial spoof of the Cat in the Hat [“the Cat Not in the Hat”] and the court’s distinction between parody and satire. again, nice.
