While I am not surprised that the Court did not reverse its revocation, I am cheered — although it will mean more steps — that it is Tom Goldstein and ScotusBlog carrying the blogger’s journalistic torch in this matter. Very important questions raised here. Fortunately for all of us, Goldstein is hardly lacking in perseverance and ingenuity.
