You might need to change that to “legal academics.” The majority of undergrad faculty are contingent (mostly adjuncts), and they lack both security and mobility (it’s not very easy to move when you have to secure 2-3 jobs in your new city).

ah, I would tell you but for the NDA clause. I am kidding. I don’t feel strongly opposed to this kind of use of such a clause – I am not being hired as an employee; this is more like a performance by a freelance artist.
