Double Jeopardy and Grand Juries

It’s interesting that there is no double jeopardy concept as applied to indictment. The fact that a grand jury declined to indict Letitia James this time around doesn’t bar the government from trying an infinite number of times with other grand juries until they get a true bill. Something feels wrong about that, though you can of course distinguish indictments from trials.
