One Observation About the Birth Citizenship Decision

One takeaway is that the support of a president or one of the two parties on a constitutional issue gets you at least 3 votes on the Supreme Court. This was true in Sebelius, in Barbara, and in Youngstown. Getting 5 votes is something else. But such cases will never be unanimous or lopsided.
