The new issue of Legal Affairs has a nice shoutout regarding a recent piece by Jennifer Collins, a former (and future?) prawfs contributor who teaches at Wake Forest’s law school. Jennifer’s article, entitled Crime and Parenthood, is available here and will be coming out in the Northwestern L. Rev. this winter. Go Jen! Also at the Legal Affairs website is an interesting discussion between John Yoo and Neil Kinkopf about the scope of POTUSpower in a time of war. (Thanks to Naureen at LA for the tip!)
